If you suspect you have a problem board, you can return the board to ALRIS for service. The following outlines the procedure that makes up the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process.

1.    Check to see if the problem is due to a mistake or oversight in the installation process. Be sure to run the diagnostic utility, if you have not already done so.

2.    If you are not sure if it is a problem board, we recommend that you check the Troubleshooting Q&A first, you may find some comparable problems and their solutions there. Or, you can call our Technical Support Team.

3.    If still have problem, please disconnect power, cables, and re-pack the products.

4.    Send or take the product to ALRIS at the following address. ALRIS is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
